Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, tap NextDose.AI, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can also cancel through the app: Profile → Manage Subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for Apple subscriptions are issued by Apple, not NextDose.AI. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the NextDose.AI charge. If Apple denies your refund and you believe it was made in error, contact us at [email protected] and we'll do what we can.

My free trial isn't working. What's wrong?

The 7-day free trial applies only to the annual plan and only for first-time subscribers. If you've previously subscribed to NextDose.AI on this Apple ID, you may not be eligible for the trial. The monthly plan does not include a free trial.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app. Your account enters a 60-day cooling period during which you can recover it. After 60 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone after that point. Your subscription must be canceled separately through your Apple ID — deleting the account does not cancel the subscription.

How do I export my data?

You can request a full export of your personal data by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) within 30 days, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Apple Health isn't syncing. How do I fix it?

1. Open the iOS Settings app.
2. Tap Health → Data Access & Devices → NextDose.AI.
3. Tap "Turn On All" to grant the app access to all needed categories.
4. Re-open NextDose.AI and pull-to-refresh on the home screen. If sync still fails, sign out and back in to your account in the app.

The AI gave me an answer that seems wrong. What do I do?

The AI is a research and tracking assistant — not a medical professional. Always verify any health-related information with your physician. If you encounter a clearly incorrect or harmful response, please email [email protected] with a screenshot so we can investigate and improve the model.

Is my health data really private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Apple Health data is handled per Apple's strict requirements and is never used for advertising. We never sell your personal information. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

I think I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email [email protected] with a description, screenshots if possible, and your iPhone model + iOS version. The faster we can reproduce a bug, the faster we can fix it. Bug reporters get priority responses.
