01 Find an answer
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling happens through Apple, not inside NextDose. On your iPhone open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NextDose.AI > Cancel Subscription. The same screen is reachable in the app at Profile > Manage Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple issues refunds, not NextDose. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase, select the NextDose.AI charge and submit the request. Apple decides the outcome and notifies you directly. If Apple denies it and you believe that is wrong, open a ticket below.
I cancelled but I was still charged. What happened?
Open Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > NextDose.AI and read the date. If it shows a renewal date, the cancellation did not save, so tap Cancel Subscription again. Also confirm you are signed in to the Apple ID that bought it. Cancelling stops future renewals, it does not reverse a charge that already went through. For that, request a refund from Apple.
Why didn't I get a free trial?
The 7-day free trial is on the annual plan only. The monthly plan bills immediately with no trial. Apple controls trial eligibility, so if that Apple ID has already used the NextDose.AI free trial, Apple does not offer it a second time. Subscribing on the monthly plan does not by itself use up the trial. The purchase sheet Apple shows at checkout is the authoritative answer on whether a trial applies to you. There is no free tier, so a paid plan is required either way.
How do I change the card I am billed on?
The card is stored by Apple, not by NextDose, so nothing needs to change in the app. Update the payment method in your Apple Account settings on the iPhone, and the next NextDose.AI renewal uses the new card. If a renewal fails, Apple retries it and prompts you directly.
Where do I find my receipt?
Apple sends the receipt, not NextDose. It goes to the email address on your Apple ID. Recent NextDose.AI purchases are also listed at reportaproblem.apple.com once you sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase. NextDose does not process the payment and cannot issue or reissue a receipt.

I can't sign in to my account.
NextDose has three sign-in methods: Sign in with Apple, Continue with Google, and an email and password. Use the same one you signed up with. Apple and Google accounts have no password, so a password reset will not get you into one. Tap the same button you used originally.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen open the Sign In tab, enter your email, then tap Forgot Password?. The email links to nextdose.ai/auth/reset, where you set the new password. If that page says the link is invalid or expired, request a fresh one from the app.
A new password needs at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character such as ! or #.
Already signed in with an email and password: Profile → Settings, then Change Password under Account. You need your current password to make the change. Apple and Google accounts have no password, so that row is not shown.
I never got the password reset email.
Check your spam folder first. Then confirm the address is the one on the account, and that the account is not an Apple or Google sign-in, which has no password to reset. Requesting resets repeatedly trips a rate limit after five tries; wait 15 minutes, then request once.
How do I change the email address on my account?
There is no self-serve way to change it in the app. Open a ticket below using the address currently on the account, and tell us the address you want to move to. If you signed up through Apple with Hide My Email, your account address ends in privaterelay.appleid.com and forwards to your real inbox.
How do I delete my account, and can I undo it?
Profile → Settings, then Delete Account under Account. Type DELETE, confirm with Face ID or your device passcode, then enter the 6-digit code emailed to you, which expires in 15 minutes. The last step shows the exact date your data is erased. Sign back in before that date and the deletion is cancelled. Cancel your subscription separately with Apple.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Open a ticket below using the address on your account and ask for an export. Send it from that address, since that is how the request is verified as yours.

Apple Health stopped syncing. How do I fix it?
Apple Health sync is a Premium feature, so check that your subscription is still active first. Then open iPhone Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > NextDose.AI and switch the categories back on. Reopen NextDose.AI. Do not wait for a Health permission prompt inside the app. Once you have answered that prompt once, iOS will not ask again, so the toggles in iOS Settings are the only way to restore access. The app has a shortcut to that Settings page at Profile > Settings > Reconnect Apple Health.
What should I include when I report a bug?
Open a ticket below with: your iPhone model, your iOS version, the email address on your account, the exact screen you were on, what you tapped right before it went wrong, and a screenshot or screen recording. Add the date and time if it happened once.
The vial scanner will not read my label.
Check camera access at iPhone Settings > NextDose.AI > Camera. If the scanner reads "Camera access required", it shows an Open Settings button that takes you straight there. With the camera working, keep the label flat and readable, tap the preview to focus, pinch to zoom, and use the torch in low light. If it still will not read, tap Enter manually and type the compound and concentration in by hand.
My bloodwork PDF will not upload.
Upload PDF on the Upload Labs screen imports from Files, accepts PDF only, and caps the file at 25 MB. It cannot open a locked file. If you see "Couldn't open PDF — may be password protected or corrupt", open the PDF, remove the password, and save an unlocked copy. If your report is on paper or on screen and you do not have a PDF, use Take Photo on the same screen instead of converting it. If an unlocked PDF under 25 MB still fails, open a ticket below with the lab name and the exact error.
The app crashes or freezes.
Force quit and reopen it, then restart the iPhone. Next check for an iOS update and for a NextDose.AI update in the App Store. If it still crashes, write down the exact taps that trigger it and whether it happens every single time, then include that in a ticket below.
A dose or a number is showing wrong.
Screenshot the wrong value before you change anything. Note the compound, what you actually logged, and the date and time of the entry, then include it in a ticket below. Leave the entry in place. The original record is what lets us trace where the number went wrong.

How do I apply to the Creator Program?
Apply in the app, not by email. Open Profile → Settings, find the Earn with NextDose.AI section, tap NextDose.AI Creator Program, then tap Apply to Earn. The form asks for your name, email, your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X handles, which platforms you post on, who your audience is, and why you want to join.
Two things before you tap. The form only opens once your account is at least 7 days old and you have logged at least 5 doses, so applications come from people who actually use the app. And every application is reviewed individually, so approval is not automatic. Your status shows on that same screen after you submit.
Should I apply as a creator or an affiliate?
There are three tracks. Content Creator is for people who post videos about the app. Affiliate / Ambassador is for people who share a referral code. Both covers both. Pick one on the first step. You can change your track any time before you submit, and if you leave the form partway through, your draft is saved. After you submit there is no in-app way to change tracks.
How long does review take, and how do I check my status?
Applications are reviewed individually, in weekly batches, and we aim to respond within 7 days. Check status on the same screen you applied from. It shows Under Review, Waitlisted, or not selected with the date you can reapply. If you are approved, that screen becomes your Creator Dashboard instead of the apply form.
What does a creator code actually do?
Approved members get a referral code on the Creator Dashboard. A new user enters it during signup, which records a code entry against your account. Payout is on annual conversions only, monthly signups are not counted, so your dashboard shows code entries and confirmed conversions as separate numbers. The code is not a discount, the price is the same with or without it.
I have a creator code but I cannot find where to enter it.
The code field appears only during signup, on the How did you hear about us? step, and only after you pick a source such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, Podcast or Friend. Type the code and wait for the green check. There is no way to add a code after signup.
How much do creators get paid?
We do not publish rates. They are set per member on approval and written into your Partner Agreement, along with monthly caps. Creator tier is based on the views your NextDose.AI content earns, not your follower count. For anything else, open a ticket below under Affiliates & Creators.

I run a clinic or coach clients. Can I get them set up on NextDose?
Yes, as individual accounts. Each client downloads NextDose on their own iPhone and subscribes under their own Apple ID. There is no clinic account, shared login or bulk enrolment to arrange first. If you want a formal arrangement beyond that, open a ticket below with your practice, roughly how many clients, and what you are asking for.

Do you have an API, or a way to integrate with my software?
There is no public API to sign up for. If you have a specific integration in mind, open a ticket below and describe what you want to read or write, which system it runs in, and who the users would be. Nothing is granted by default.
Can I see my clients' logs, or get a practitioner dashboard?
No. There is no practitioner, clinic or coach view, and no way to be added to someone else's account. Every account is private to the person who owns it.
What a client can do is send you their own records. In the app: Profile → Settings → Export Health Report, pick Heart or Sleep, tap Create PDF, then share it. That is a Premium feature. For a full export of their account data instead, they open a ticket on this page using the address on their account.
Do you sell bulk, team or discounted licenses?
Premium is sold one account at a time through Apple, at $16.99 per month or $119.99 per year. There is no volume, team or seat-based purchase. If you need something different, open a ticket below with the number of seats and how you would want it billed.
I want to discuss a media, podcast or brand partnership. Who do I contact?
Open a ticket below under Partnerships. Include what you are proposing, the channel or audience involved, timing, and what you need from NextDose.
One constraint to know up front: NextDose does not give medical advice or dosing guidance, and partner content cannot imply that it does.

We're a brand and we want to work with NextDose. Who do we contact?
Open a ticket below under Brand Collaborations. Put the full proposal in that first email so it can be assessed without a back and forth. Sending a proposal does not create a partnership, agency or joint venture relationship, and nothing is pre-approved.
What should we put in the first email?
Who you are, what your company sells or does, and the exact thing you are proposing. Include a link to your site, links to any existing work, the name and role of the person handling it, and any regulatory constraints on your side. Send links, not large attachments.
Is this the same as the Creator Program?
No. The Creator Program is for individual affiliates and UGC creators, and each application is reviewed on its own. If you are one person making content, apply to that program rather than sending a brand proposal. If you are approaching on behalf of a company, open a ticket below.
Can we buy ad space or a sponsored placement in the app?
There is no self-serve ad product and no rate card. On privacy, the Privacy Policy states that the app does not allow third-party advertising networks, does not track users across other apps and sites, does not engage in targeted advertising, and does not sell user Personal Information. It also discloses in Sections 7.1 and 22 that de-identified and aggregated data may be licensed or sold to third parties, so read those sections directly rather than relying on a summary. Any proposal that involves placement in or around the app is assessed case by case, and no placement is promised.
Can you add our product to the compound library or have Mia mention it?
No. The compound library is drawn from published research and public sources including PubMed, Europe PMC, ClinicalTrials.gov and the FDA. Mia answers from that research and cites its sources. Mia does not recommend vendors, suppliers or places to buy, and it is not medical advice.
Can we use the NextDose name and logo in our materials?
Not without written permission. The Terms of Service grant no right to use NextDose trademarks, logos or brand identity. Ask first and wait for a written yes. Do not describe NextDose as a partner, and do not imply an endorsement or a review that does not exist.
